We welcome you to our home, set on the gorgeous rolling hills of the Palouse region. Just 2.5 miles north of Pullman city limit, and a 10 minute drive to Martin Stadium at WSU. Our home is a 1959 midcentury ranch updated to modern standards. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.
Feel free to walk the property - the views on the far west end, past the quonset building, are amazing! Prior guests have mentioned how much they love the views, especially at sunrise and sunset, the peace and quiet, and all the outdoor spaces to explore!
Exterior property rules:
1. For your safety, we expect all guests to respect the property and the following property rules.
2. There are several industrial buildings on the property; these spaces are private and our guests are not allowed to enter them, or open/close the doors.
3. There may be farm machinery sitting around the property; do not touch it or climb on it.
4. We do not allow bon fires, open fires, or smoking of any kind (including vaping) anywhere on the property; the one exception is the gas fire table on the west patio.
5. There is a smaller residence on the back of the property; friendly people with one medium-sized dog. Please respect their space and stay off their lawn. You probably won't see them, unless they are driving in or out.
6. Parents, please do not allow your children to go past the main house lawn into the above mentioned areas unattended.
7. These areas are monitored by camera 24/7.
8. Please note that we have two wonderful outdoor cats; Shorty (Siamese) and JoJo (black). All are vaccinated on schedule and super friendly. Feel free to pet them if you wish, but please don't let them in the house.
Interior Access:
Inside the house, there are two locked rooms that are not accessible to our guests.
Additionally, the garage has personal items in the cabinets and chest freezer. Please do not access these areas. Note: there is a camera in the garage for security.

The new Rosauers market on N. Grand Ave. features a deli, bakery, Butcher-y meat department, burrito/taco bar, acai bar, fresh-rolled sushi, coffee/juice bar, hot pizza, a build-your-own ice cream bar…and a 2,000 SF “Brew Lab” with the best selection of beers in the PNW region. It’s amazing!
This home is gorgeous, spotless, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you would ever need. The property is gorgeous and a quick straight drive into Pullman, but is so peaceful it feels like it’s a world away. We were greeted with the nicest gift basket and welcome! We spent most of our time on the west patio, it has a wonderful gas fire pit and comfortable furniture, not to mention two very sweet friendly cats we fell in love with. Garth and Christi were so responsive and easy to work with. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and was the perfect place to spend our last graduation in Pullman. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! You will not be disappointed with this house. Inside, outside, beautiful views, and easy drive to Pullman. I would highly recommend this rental and Garth a Christi are wonderful hosts.
This house is beautiful and well appointed. The setting is serene and looks like a picture! We enjoyed our time here and the space worked beautifully for 8 people. Christi was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
This home exceeded our expectations - even better than the photos! It was the perfect place for quality time with family and friends. The setting is peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from town. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. We’ll definitely look into staying here again on future trips to Pullman.

We stayed at the Weekends on the Palouse while visiting my grandson at WSU. When we searched for a home to rent, this home listed everything we needed and more. Upon arrival to the home, we were blown away at the how beautiful it is and the lively welcome basket provided by Christi. The kitchen is amazing and so well designed. The outdoor spaces were private and highlighted the beauty of the Palouse. At night, you can see the stars from the hot tub. I’m rather particular about cleanliness and linens and they both exceeded my expectations. Check in and check out was easy too. We hope to make this an annual trip and anytime we visit my grandson, I sure hope this home is available.
