The Bungalow at Seven Palms is your home away, with an eclectic midcentury modern vibe and a space that is both beautiful and comfortable. We appreciate excellence and have chosen high end appliances, walnut cabinetry, quartz surfaces, luxe fixtures, terrazzo flooring, and beautiful furniture meant to enjoy! The baths have new terrazzo tile floors and flawless original tile that we treasure. The lagoon style pool is California living at its best!

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $50/day. Please allow 24 hours notice for heating time.

Guests will have full access to the main house, pool and desert gardens. Pool use is shared with the attached casita, where the owner resides. Casita will not be part of your rental and may be rented separately to other guests.

When permitted for STR's less than 28 days:

We look forward to meeting you! At check-in, we will ask each person staying on the property to show one form of government-issued identification, either a state-issued driver's license or a government-issued passport. We will also take a photograph of your ID.

Per City of Palm Desert Short-Term Rental Regulations, prior to occupancy of a STR unit, the operator must:

- Meet and greet the renter on-site and obtain his or her name, address, and a copy of a valid government-issued identification.

- Provide the renter with a copy of the Good Neighbor Brochure.

- Provide the renter with information about the STR regulations.

- Require the renter to execute a formal acknowledgment in the form acceptable by the City that he or she is legally responsible for compliance of all occupants of the STR unit and their guests, with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the STR unit.

- Provide the Responsible Person with the Operator’s 24-hour availability information.

Renters who do not comply with the above will not be allowed to enter the property.

We are located in South Palm Desert off of Deep Canyon. The neighborhood is very desirable with gorgeous views of the mountains and less than a mile walk from El Paseo, and even closer to The Living Desert.

Uber and Lyft are readily available, and if you're renting a car, we have off-street parking under a car port.

We require guests booking stays longer than 28 days to sign a standard lease agreement. The lease agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
